1. Use of the App

    1.1. You agree to use the app for lawful purposes and in accordance with the current laws and regulations in Ghana.

    1.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login information and must not share this information with anyone else.

2. User Accounts

    2.1. To access certain features of the app, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the account creation process.

    2.2. You must be at least 18 years old or have obtained the necessary consent from a legal guardian to create an account and use the app.

    2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Events and Ticketing

    3.1. The app allows users to view events uploaded by club admins and purchase tickets for those events.

    3.2. The availability, pricing, and terms of tickets for events are determined by the respective club admins. We are not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or disputes related to the events or ticketing.

4. Club Admins

    4.1. Club admins are users with special privileges who are authorized to create events for their clubs.

    4.2. As a club admin, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating events and to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.

    4.3. Club admins are solely responsible for the content, organization, and management of their events. We do not assume any liability for the actions or conduct of club admins or any related events.

5. Online Payment

    5.1. The app utilizes Paystack for online payment processing. By making a payment through the app, you agree to comply with Paystack's terms and conditions and privacy policy.

    5.2. We do not store or have access to your payment information. All payment transactions are securely processed by Paystack.

6. Limitation of Liability

    6.1. We strive to provide accurate and reliable information within the app. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information or content.

    6.2. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app or any content or services provided within the app.

7. Governing Law

    7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
