After successfully completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a qr of your digital tickets. Additionally, for quick access, click on the ticket logo at the top right of the screen when logged into your account on our website or app.
Q. What payment methods do we have available?
We offer various secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards and mobile money. During the checkout process, you can choose the payment method that best suits your preferences.
Q. How to show the tickets at the door?
To gain entry to the event, you need to display the digital version on your mobile device. Make sure the barcode or QR code is visible for quick and efficient entry.
